Ladbrokes favours George Saunders to win Booker

The list of contenders for the Man Booker Prize (Fiction) 2017 was trimmed from 13 to 6 yesterday, with The Ministry of Utmost Happiness by Indian author Arundhati Roy failing to make the cut. Of the six books shortlisted, British betting company Ladbrokes favoured Lincoln in the Bardo by American author George Saunders to win the Booker.
